Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:

• Manage software engineering schedules and deadlines.
• Cultivate an environment of collaboration, transparency, and passion for game development.
• Develop, train, and mentor software engineering staff.
• Communicate with management status updates and identify risks.
• Help to assess, create, and execute hiring plans.
• Work with QA to review bugs and decide how to dispose.

Preferred:

• A genuine passion for management, and a desire to build the best management practice possible.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
