About the role:
Our Staff and Compliance Tooling Team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is excited about designing and engineering new solutions as well as not intimidated by diving into legacy code to support a critical component of our platform, which handles hundreds of thousands of compliance transactions per day. Larger projects down the line include improving and revamping the entire staff tools suite from the ground up. You will work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams and have strong project management within the team to support your professional growth. Requirements
About you:

• You have proven web development experience and a strong system design record, allowing you to make important technical decisions and take responsibility for them.
• You worked with Python/Django professionally.
• You are comfortable with programming in TypeScript or JavaScript and familiar with modern frameworks.
• You developed strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to perform troubleshooting and debugging effectively.
• You are well-rounded with project management methodologies and tools.

The Base Salary range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000 USD annually. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position. A candidate's specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
