Location: Remote (US only)

Compensation: $180,000-$220,000 + bonus

What you will do:

• We will train you and get you up to speed on our codebase, languages, and frameworks; come with passion and energy for learning
• Work as part of a team building full stack B2C-scale web services and digital experiences atop our core financial services technology platform
• Write code, define configuration-as-code, and build declarative automation on each of and between AWS serverless infrastructure, Salesforce core automation, and Snowflake data infrastructure
• Review code contributions across the team and suggest ways to improve and optimize our core platform.
• Mentor and grow junior team members
• Participate in the internal engineering community and help further the strong product engineering culture.
• Continue to learn and grow alongside our team as we pursue opportunities to PoC new technology, attend regional and national developer events, and stay on top of innovations in the SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS spaces

What you should have:

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Demonstrated experience as a full stack developer using languages like Go, Python, Java, or TypeScript and working with frameworks like Fiber and React
• Fluent in the language of CI/CD, version control, and test automation
• Salesforce, AWS, and Snowflake certifications a nice to have (but don't substitute for real experience)
