Senior Software Engineer

UpEquity is a new type of mortgage lender that empowers buyers to win in the most competitive markets. As a Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

• Build new software to support our expanding partnerships and user facing features
• Develop, test, deploy, and monitor your code through all stages of the software development lifecycle
• Continually think of and implement new ways to automate manual processes across the organization
• Willingly jump in and handle any task that needs handling!

We know this role isn't for everybody, so this is what we're looking for:

• 5+ years Software Engineering experience in an agile environment
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Passion for building software quickly and driving value
• Experience with Node.js, React, AWS, DynamoDB and PostgreSQL

Bonus Points:

• Experience working with Serverless framework

You must reside in Austin or be willing to self-relocate
You must be willing to work 80% in the office (we offer 1 day Work-from-home/week)
