Job Description:
Are you a Software Engineer professional tired of the status quo who wants to make a difference in a computer network defense (CND) mission? We're looking for a Software Engineer to work directly in a cybersecurity operations organization on an innovation-focused development team helping to ensure our customers' world-class CND capabilities stay ahead of the curve. You will work directly on improving data visualizations tools and analysis tools.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Python development support to the initiative mapping MITRE Groups to customer Intrusion Sets.
- Use Python to map and integrate data between tools.
- Create Jupyter Notebooks in Python for customers that automate analysis and tracking of different data sets.
- Utilize PowerBI to automate data pulls, data cleaning, data analysis, dashboard/metrics creation, enhanced feature additions, etc.
- Front-end prototyping utilizing JavaScript to allow customers to easily view and understand data.
- Provide support to the customer's MITRE ATT&CK Team, creating measures depicting progress towards customer goals for the MITRE ATT&CK implementation initiative.
- Provide support to cyber data services in general as needed
- Automate workflows, data mapping, metrics generation, etc.
- Support as developing tools, service components, dashboards, customer request forms as needed.
Qualifications:
- Twelve (12) years of general experience in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution.
- At least five (5) years of the above experience must have been as a software engineer supporting software architecture development, requirement analysis, process execution and evaluation, selection, and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools and integration (with both new and existing systems).
- TS/SCI w/ Poly required.
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or a related discipline may be substituted for four (4) years of general experience.
- A Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or a related discipline may be substituted for two (2) years of general experience.

Salary Range:
$98,800.00 - $172,900.00
