Position Overview:

Spry Method is searching for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Washington, DC.

What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems with expertise and precision.
• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Ensure quality control of all developed and modified software to maintain high standards.
• Perform code reviews and verify implementation of system and software requirements.
• Effectively communicate complex features and systems in detail.
• Utilize software development and design methodologies appropriate to the development environment and consistent with DevOps objectives.
• Partner and collaborate with organization leaders to help improve the level of performance of the team and organization.
• Excellent track record of effectively communicating and collaborating across functions to deliver impactful solutions.
• Experience in C, C++, Java and/or C#.
• Experience with operating system internals, file systems, programming language design, or compilers.
