Senior Software Engineer, Actimize - Python

So, what’s the role all about?

We are currently seeking a Specialist Software Engineer with Financial Crime/compliance/Fraud background to join our dynamic team in Pune. The person would work with the Engineering team to own the technical roadmap for the Platform and solutions R&D

How will you make an impact?

• Develop high quality, proficient and enterprise grade products.
• Work as part of the development team towards the application in a committed deadline
• Participate in the design and implementation. Pitch ideas & innovate continuously, take team & project to next level.

• Work and collaborate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams, adopting Agile spirit, methodology and tools.
• Implement/Improve system monitoring, alerting & observability.

• Build & maintain high available systems.

Have you got what it takes?

• 4-6 years of experience working in software Industry as a software engineer (part of SW development team and not support team)
• Development experience using Python.
• Experience with implementation of Data structure and algorithms
• In depth and hands-on experience working with AWS, with good understanding of AWS networking.
• Experience working in and driving Continuous Integration and Delivery practices using industry standard tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes and Artifactory
• Programming Language: Python
• Infra automation Tools: Terraform / Cloud formation.
• CI CD: Jenkins
• Version Control Systems: Git
• Networking: VPCs, Routing, DNS, Transit Gateways, Load Balancers
• Containers: Docker
• Operating System: Linux and Windows
