Senior Software Engineer, Android (Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Android to join our mobile development team. This position is full-time and 100% remote with the option of working on-site once it is safe to do so. Jun Group will only consider candidates for this position who are currently legally authorized to work in the United States.

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in Android development
• Experience with Kotlin, Android, and JS. Experience with iOS (ObjC and Swift) is a plus

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain an SDK that is installed in hundreds of apps, running across millions of devices.
• Write well architected Kotlin code
• Contribute to our shared mobile codebase, written in JavaScript
• At times code review and contribute to our iOS and Unity code bases
• Experiment with new tech to find the right tool for the job
• Maintain high code quality through code reviews and automated tests
• Use Kanban to manage SDK releases
• Participate in high level architecture, providing valuable input and feedback on the design process
• Lead individual technical initiatives or releases

Greater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy. All Jun Group employees living within a 90-minute (one way) commute of our NYC office are expected to be in the office two days per week.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 + incentive pay
