The bill pay team is a part of our expansion group working on building the future of what Mercury is going to provide on top of our banking foundations. Think accounts payable accounting integrations employee reimbursements and much more!

Here are some things you’ll do on the job:

• Help create Mercury’s “second act” the financial system to power startups.

• Build the frontend foundations of our Bill Pay product.

• Work in an autonomous environment on a close knit team with a “startup within a startup” feel.

• Work closely with designers and product leaders to ship lovable experiences.

The ideal candidate for the role:

• Strong frontend engineering experience.

• Experience with React/Typescript/Redux.

• Is comfortable working with greenfield products focused on rapid growth.

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Experience working in a fintech or banking environment.

• Has a strong product mindset and ownership allowing them to be creative in their problem solving

The total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary equity (stock options) and benefits. Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience expertise geographic location and internal pay equity relative to peers.

Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following:

• US employees (any location): $173600 - $204200

• Canadian employees (any location): CAD $158000 - $185800
