Senior Software Engineer Blockchain

Aspen Capital is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a specialization in blockchain and related technologies. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work with a talented team of engineers to help move the real estate business into the modern era and out of the 1980s. You'll help to build secure, scalable, and fast applications that will make real estate assets move at the speed other financial assets move at.

Day to day you will

• Use AWS technologies to build trust ledgers, payment ledgers, and immutable sources of truth grounded in blockchain and related technologies and tools.
• Collaborate with the entire team to define, prioritize, and build applications for the real estate space.
• Ability to take a project from requirements gathering through launch.
• Contribute to a culture of team accomplishment and collaboration.
• Understand deeply how business drivers impact our priorities and planning.

What you bring to Aspen

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
• Demonstrated experience deploying applications in AWS or a major cloud provider.
• Have a strong command of distributed systems and modern architectures.
• Excitement about the future of digital assets and applying technology to concrete problems in finance.
• An interest in delivering innovative digital wealth solutions to our clients and investors with market transforming solutions.
• Experience in blockchain and/or decentralized architectures, consensus and/or cryptographic systems.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 USD per year

The base salary range represents the low and the high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, education and performance. The range listed is just one component of the company's total compensation package for staff. Other rewards can include annual bonuses, stock awards and region specific benefits.
