Senior Software Engineer - Calibre PERC

We are looking for a highly motivated Principal Engineer to work as part ofCalibre R&D team that develops high performance circuit reliabilityverification solutions. We want a team member who pays good attention todetail, is logical and has an analytical mind-set, with strong problem-solvingskills. The successful candidate will possess the combination of education andexperience listed below.

Responsibilities:

You will be part of a Calibre PERC team that is the industry leader. Theindividual will be working on design and implementation of new features andenhancements involving physical verification database and interfaces. The teammember will be involved in developing 3DIC related solutions for layoutverification. You will part of a senior and junior team members.

RequiredKnowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a relatedfield. Master's is helpful.

Proven experience of up to 5 years in software development, with a strongC++ programming background.

Knowledge of shell scripting and interpreted software languages (Tcl, orPython, etc.).

Working knowledge and experience with high performance custom databaseimplementation.

Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating system environments is a must.

Self-motivated, trustworthy, and a team player.

PreferredKnowledge/Skills:

Experience in DRC, LVS or PERC is a plus.

Alignment to tenets of quality software development and craftsmanship.

Proven attention to detail, the ability to accurately estimate and deliversoftware on schedule.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

The salary range for this position is $121,400 to$218,500 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actualcompensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location aswell as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training.
