Senior Software Engineer (Cloud Native)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in cloud-native technologies. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance applications using microservices architecture.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure seamless integration with modern cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Cloud Native Application Development
• Participate and actively contribute to cloud native development and standards
• Document requirements, code, and prepare reports in the software development lifecycle
• Write high-quality, testable code following clean code and SOLID design principles
• Conduct code reviews and coordinate application deployment
• Plan and schedule own work for tasks and projects, also implement functionality without direct supervision
• Perform profiling and troubleshooting of existing solutions
• Participate in workshops and present proposed solutions to customers
• Communicate with customers on a regular basis to clarify business requirements
• Provide coaching to team members on technical solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant experience
• 7+ years of working experience in software development using Java
• Experience in developing software components with a Microservices-based Architecture
• Subject matter expertise in Cloud Native, Kafka, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD, applicable across all levels of management and project teams
• Work independently while in close collaboration with others in the team and across projects
