Senior Software Engineer | Connections

In Connections, we empower customers to optimize their operations by automating repetitive tasks, orchestrating workflows, unifying disconnected data, and integrating existing systems. We continuously explore ways to improve our centralized dynamic work management platform that allows customers to efficiently control all their workflows from one place.

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you possess an excellent understanding of what great software looks like. You are enthusiastic about learning new things, solving complex problems, and helping your team grow. You can work independently and cross-functionally, effectively communicating technical concepts to both colleagues and non-technical stakeholders.

What will you be doing

• Lead or contribute to the design, architecture, and development of critical system components.
• Scale Python services to support millions of executions.
• Implement UI enhancements to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and fellow Engineers to define technical requirements, break down tasks, and prioritize development efforts.
• Mentor and guide engineers, offering technical expertise and constructive feedback to keep high coding standards.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for system optimization, performance enhancements, and code refactoring to ensure the product's scalability and robustness.

Skills and experience you possess

• Extensive experience with programming languages including Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency in React or comparable frontend libraries (e.g., Vue, Svelte), with expertise in state management tools such as Apollo Client and Redux.
• Deep understanding of SQL, CI/CD technologies, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid grasp of best practices in software development, including unit testing, fault tolerance, data structures, object-oriented principles, and design patterns.
• A lifelong learner who stays current with industry trends and continually seeks ways to improve.
• Customer-focused, deriving satisfaction from delighting users with the products you build.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
