As a Senior Software Engineer in Finance and Procurement Technology (FPT), you will help deliver the future within Nike's Indirect Source-To-Pay Engineering organization. Nike operates in over 50 countries around the world and has bold growth plans. This growth requires us to craft and deliver technology solutions that create a streamlined user experience and seamless integration across Nike's suite of sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and payment platforms and applications. This is a global technology role that supports a global operations team.

This role will be part of the FPT Procure-To-Pay squad and will work very closely with business partners and peers in other global technology teams to gather business requirements and implement solutions, including configuration and testing. You will play a role in helping Technical Product Management and Architects assess the feasibility and complexity of solution options.

In this role you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support for our Coupa Indirect Procurement platform at Nike. The Procurement and Supplier Management landscape at Nike is highly integrated and leverages technologies SAP ECC, SAP S/4, and several additional SaaS applications that all must work in a cohesive manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on administration, configuration, and support for our Coupa Indirect Procurement platform
  • Develop sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in collaboration with Nike business and technology stakeholders as well as external partners
  • Consult on complex real world business problems and define feasible technology solutions to address them
  • Partner with key stakeholders to elicit and define all forms of requirements (ex: functional, performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, technical)
  • Create functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch, and configuration documents for integration partners to support development of data links between systems
  • Provide knowledge and expertise to production support teams to allow for the operational support of the e-Procurement and e-Invoicing tools
  • Enable continued global expansion of our Coupa footprint and implementation of new functionality
  • Assist the Product Manager or Engineering lead to actively manage and groom the backlog to keep a healthy list of items that are ready for development
  • Support the creation and execution of test plans and UAT to ensure the effective testing of technology changes before deployment
  • Actively participate in quarterly and sprint planning processing to identify risks and issues and help to create a feasible and successful plan

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience and training.
  • At least 5 years of experiencing working in a complex coordinated Procurement and Sourcing ecosystems using SaaS and 3rd party technologies like Coupa, Concur, Aravo, AWS, etc.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on configuration experience with Coupa e-Procurement and Invoicing, Coupa Sourcing, and ERP platforms like SAP
  • Extensive experience and knowledge implementing global solutions in a multi-tenant cloud environment using project lifecycle processes including design, testing, implementation, and post go-live support.
  • Strong communication skills, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, and lead and resolve conflict.
  • Ability to lead and influence business partners, team members, and other stakeholders
  • Able to present ideas effectively and facilitate discussion with multiple inputs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams required
  • Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others
  • Experience working in an Agile delivery environment
