Senior Software Engineer - DevOps

Your Role

• Design, implement and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure to support our software development and delivery process.
• Collaborate with development teams to define and implement automation, build, and deployment pipelines for new and existing applications.
• Continuously improve our DevOps processes and tooling to increase efficiency, reliability, and security.
• Manage, monitor and configure cloud-based infrastructure(Terraform) and container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Troubleshoot issues and incidents across the infrastructure and application stack, and provide timely resolutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Must Have

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or related field.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and IAC tool (Terraform) with Solid understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure best practices.
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with automation tools/CI-CD tools (Jenkins, Argo CD, GitLab CI/CD).
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, GO).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).

Good to Have

• Certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with server-less architectures and microservices.
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing databases, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with security best practices and compliance (PCI, HIPAA, SOC2).
• Experience with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or Slack.
