Accountabilities:

Build and maintain foundational services, SDKs, and APIs across multiple platforms.

Collaborate with product teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver features efficiently while balancing UX and integration trade-offs.

Optimize existing systems to improve performance, including faster loading, intelligent parsing, and better abstractions.

Develop cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin Multiplatform.

Apply systems thinking to design end-to-end solutions that are simple, reliable, and scalable.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical challenges while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Requirements:

Strong experience in software engineering with hands-on coding expertise, preferably in Kotlin Multiplatform.

Proven ability to design and maintain scalable APIs and backend services.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP is a plus.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Demonstrated experience balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.
