We have an opportunity available for a Frontend Software Engineer, that takes pride in their design of scalable, usable, and performant Web applications. An Engineer that believes a solid user experience is critical for adding unquestionable value to end-users, and enjoys using UI design tools like Figma.
Our Stack:
- Currently OnPrem and ready to make a giant leap into the cloud
- React, Redux, Redux-Saga are essential libs in our Publisher facing apps
- Current languages of choice are Java, JavaScript
- Backend is REST-based microservices with Data Store in MySQL, Redshift, Oracle, Cassandra.
- We use Maven and Webpack for building artifacts
Key Responsibilities :
- You will be involved in driving the technical direction, architecting the design, and delivering products for Connexity's enterprise Publishers and Influencers
- You'll work with a team of talented and experienced engineers and designers to help bring new products to market
- You'll implement new applications leveraging Google Cloud, and Kuberneter
- Ensure high code quality and high availability of our core services
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience with an emphasis on UI application development
- 5 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java and/or Python codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript and/or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements, then propose and/or evaluate corresponding technical solutions
- Proven ability to architect, design and implement complex software requirements specifications
- Extensive hands-on involvement in user experience (UX) design
- A keen eye for visual design and layout
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field

The pay range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Compensation packages include a variety of perks such as equity, competitive 401(k) match, rich benefits, etc.
