Senior Software Engineer - Front End

We want to add a Senior Software Engineer to an outstanding engineering organization. You’ll help us build and fine-tune industry-leading solutions for our digital contact center space. Some Responsibilities Include

• Build features and maintain an industry-leading low/no-code platform, especially the UI
• Work within and across teams to deliver great features to customers
• Participate in planning for the frontend technical implementation
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation that covers the application the team owns

Minimum Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development building enterprise-scale applications in a cloud environment.
• Good understanding of real-time streaming
• 4+ years of experience with Javascript, HTML, and CSS
• 3+ years of experience with ES2015+, React, Redux, CSS Preprocessors, and Webpack (or equivalent bundler)
• Experience collaborating with git and pull requests
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Good experience with AWS or any other cloud platform

Nice to Haves

• Understanding of social media platforms and their use in the AI domain
• High-level GenAI understanding or experience with no-code/low code solutions
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience building component libraries with React
• Experience with performance optimizations
• Familiarity with observability tools like Sumologic and with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD technologies.
• Experience with DB’s like Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB
