Position Overview:
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be key in designing, developing, and maintaining our desktop and mobile applications using Flutter. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to create seamless, user-friendly applications. Your expertise will guide best practices, mentor junior developers, and drive the technical vision of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance desktop and mobile applications using Flutter. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
• Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. 
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. 
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. 
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile development. 
• Participate in Agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
• 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on front-end development. 
• Expertise in Flutter and Dart, with a solid portfolio of mobile applications and web applications. 
• Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc). 
• Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. 
• Strong understanding of mobile design principles, responsive design, and user experience best practices. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed team environment.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies for Flutter applications. 
• Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Firebase, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines. 
• Experience in network analysis and Troubleshooting (Wireshark) 
• Experience with backend development using NodeJS, Python or Go.
