As part of Payments team, you will be working on Payment Method Expansion charter across the globe in a multi-tenant, multi-platform environment supporting PlayStation Network.
As a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include leading the development and improvement of tools that will streamline business operations within payments domain. You will work closely with business operations and product management teams to groom requirements and develop them into capabilities that will address gaps in our business processes. You will help contribute to our mission of Payments as a Service enabling cross-platform capabilities. You will also actively drive sound technical decisions that lead our software to operate with high quality, at large scale with a high level of availability. You will play an important role in driving the continuous, end-to-end delivery of our software from inception to development, all the way through to production.
Qualifications:- BS or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience developing business critical software using Enterprise Java/J2EE, Web Services, REST, JSON/XML
- 2+ years of experience building front end single page applications using JavaScript frameworks like React Native or similar
- Strong JavaScript and jQuery skills along with working experience in modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js and Redux
- Excellent knowledge of micro-services architecture and object-oriented programming analysis, design
- Experience developing with AWS native services such as EC2, EKS. Bonus, if experience developing with S3, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS and DynamoDB
- Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases
- Proficient in the SDLC including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
- Experience working in SCRUM/Agile environment
- Previous experience with payments software
- Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring others
- Experience and familiarity with highly scalable services
- Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work with team members at all levels
- Experience developing cross-platform code.
- Experience with eCommerce, especially in payment processing and/or fraud on a global scale.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.Â
