We are seeking a Senior Full-stack Engineer – Productivity to serve as a technical lead for the Platform Productivity team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of tackling significant, ambiguous, and non-trivial challenges as a core contributor and innovator, bringing creative technical solutions to life. This is a hybrid work opportunity located in either New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA.

What You've Done:

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in software development
• 2+ years of in-depth experience with React and relevant toolsets/framework ecosystems
• Experience with developing robust, mission-critical systems using one or multiple general-purpose programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, C# or any other OOP language)
• Previous experience designing and developing solutions to complex problems with significant business impact; focus on large-scale consumer-products is preferred 
• Proven ability to learn other coding languages, platforms, frameworks, and tools 
• Experience working closely with product teams, designers, and other engineers to create impactful and highly-performant web experiences 

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain impactful improvements across all StubHub’s platforms and products, resulting in high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with team members to ensure best practices across our code
• Manage individual initiative priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise
• Mentor other team members and help many increase their technical capabilities, fostering a culture of inclusion, results-oriented execution, open innovation, and limitless creativity
