Senior Software Engineer - Gen AI Prompt Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Gen AI Prompt Engineer to join our AI/ML Implementation team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in developing and fine-tuning AI models, specifically focusing on prompt engineering for generative AI applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical expertise, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and optimize AI prompts for various generative AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to drive AI model outcome improvements.
• Document Applied AI model value processes and create value delivered reports.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and implement best practices.
• Conduct performance evaluations and refine AI models to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on prompt engineering for generative AI.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within the AI/ML industry.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
