Join HubSpot's User Setup team to help our upmarket customers manage larger and larger numbers of users and teams within their accounts. This team is responsible for features that enable customers to configure oversee and optimize their users in HubSpot so they feel absolutely confident in HubSpot's ability to scale and adapt to their thriving business. The team aims to empower and delight admins so they can spend more time helping their business grow and less time trying to figure out how to get the most out of HubSpot.

Cash compensation range: 165200-214800 USD Annually This resource will help guide how we recommend thinking about the range you see. The cash compensation above includes base salary on-target commission for employees in eligible roles and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate including their skills experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.
