We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in IBM FileNet to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing issues, providing technical fixes for business users, designing and delivering workflows and business changes on the FileNet platform, and performing software releases as part of the Release and Change process. You will also investigate incidents/problems, provide solutions, perform admin operations on the FileNet platform, and ensure effective communications are maintained through timely sharing of information to technology and business stakeholders.

• Identify, analyze issues, and provide technical fixes for business users in a timely manner
• Design, develop, and deliver workflows and business changes on the FileNet platform
• Plan and perform software releases as part of the Release and Change process
• Investigate incidents/problems and provide solutions to fixing the issues
• Perform admin operations on the FileNet platform, including Case Manager, etc
• Maintain and update documents for required functions

• At least 8+ years of solid experience on the FileNet platform, specifically designing workflows and administration, with Case Manager experience using Oracle DB 19C
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team and business stakeholders
• Experience using FileNet 5.5 version, if possible
• Experience in designing and developing FileNet WF using case builder tool
• Proficiency in FileNet case manager and using FileNet API
• Development of REST web services, experience with Java API
• Ability to supporting FileNet deployment activities and administration activities using admin tools
• B2+ English level

• Document management System experience in a financial services setup
