The communications product group is responsible for all text-based communications that flow through HubSpot. From email to WhatsApp our systems empower businesses to seamlessly communicate with their customers. The communication product group is part of Service Hub one of HubSpots core hubs.

What We’re Looking For:

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer II BE to join our Bots Quality team. This team is focused on improving the quality of responses for AI bots. We've built the bones of the product and now we are ready to scale it. If you want to be on a product team that's leveraging AI technology to help Support Teams scale then this is the team for you!

Cash compensation range: 186300-279500 USD Annually This resource will help guide how we recommend thinking about the range you see. The cash compensation above includes base salary on-target commission for employees in eligible roles and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate including their skills experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.
