We’re looking for Senior Integration Engineers to connect our SaaS applications together using the latest integration technology. You will learn how the entire business operates and use your expertise to drive operational efficiency and enable sales growth. As an early member of the team, you will play a key role in establishing best practices for the team, and you have a significant opportunity to expand your role as the team and business grows.

You will report to the Manager, Business Integrations.

List and describe the key responsibilities of the role.

• Develop integrations between enterprise SaaS system such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, and JIRA
• Understand business requirements and translate into reusable, scalable, and secure technical solutions
•  Work closely with IT and software development teams to document and deliver solutions in a timely manner
• Ensure robust solutions with Munit and end-to-end testing
• Measure and forecast vcore capacity requirements for new and existing integrations as data volume scales
• Provide meaningful expertise on technical design patterns and business processes

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft API Development, MuleSoft Flow development, and MuleSoft CloudHub
• 3+ years of experience in API management and micro-services
• Familiarity with Mulesoft 3 layer architecture, modular design principles, and integration best practices
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and Finance systems such as Salesforce and Netsuite
• Working experience on various MuleSoft versions such as 3.x and 4.x, preferably 4+ version
• Experience in configuring and managing MuleSoft Anypoint platform including API Manager, Anypoint MQ, Management Console, Analytics, Logs
• Experience in creating, configuring and managing API Gateway, API Policies, API Versioning, and Contract Addition
• Strong understanding of relational databases and fluency with SQL
• Should have knowledge on creating and maintaining documentation related to services, solutions, and interfaces
• Knowledge or previous experience in designing public and private enterprise secure services using RAML and REST based APIs and SOAP based APIs
• Working experience with either Java, JavaScript, .NET or Python
• Detailed understanding of API lifecycle and being involved in all the stages
• Should a good team player
