Senior Software Engineer - Integrations

That's where you come in. We're creating integrations that power the future of restaurants - whether it's smooth online ordering, review management, or the newest trend, we want to ensure SpotOn can work for restaurants so they can compete and win.
Responsibilities:

• Lead by example by following the best practices of SpotOn SDLC and introducing your own ideas to make agile, code reviews, and mentorship work for our team.
• Lead the implementation of continuous deployment pipelines and containerization of applications using Kubernetes and AWS.
• Review technical specifications for external systems and APIs.
• Write scalable, testable, performant code.
• Deploy that beautiful code to production.
• Review Pull Requests from various engineering groups internally.
• Work with QA to validate your work.
• Write automated tests.
• Partner with Product Managers.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of development experience with Go
• 4 years of experience working with HTTP APIs (REST)
• Experience with AWS
• Experience automating tests and CI/CD processes
• Experience owning processes end to end and driving results
• Experience working on a small team (3-5 members)
• Experience working across timezones with a global team
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Previous experience working in a small, fast-paced, agile team
• Terraform (Bonus!)
• React (Bonus!)
• Comfortability pushing back on obstacles and voicing concerns
