Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and Architecture:
  
  
  • Develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient Java-based applications
  • Create architectural models that demonstrate the flow and functionality of applications
  • Define the structure of the system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design, and implementation
• Collaboration:

• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Propose the best solution approach to identified business problems using Java technologies
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the architecture is current and robust

Project Management:

• Manage and oversee the entire software development lifecycle
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the architecture and implementation

As a FSE should be aware of the full technology stack of the application

Developing new user-facing features using React.js

Deployment of Microservices and deployments

Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Provide guidance for junior mid-level engineers when appropriate

Should be an active participant in the Grooming sessions by suggesting issues with the requirements

Propose solutions and develop and ensure quality of the product

Participation in Design reviews, Code reviews, Test Case reviews and Application readiness reviews

Resource will be accountable for Design, development, integration testing, quality assurance testing and production

Handling Problem tickets, Incident tickets related to distributed application modules

Worked and delivered outcome based on AI/ML

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience:
  
  
  • Eexperience in engineering and software architecture design
  • Project management experience is advantageous
  • In-depth understanding of coding languages, particularly Java and JavaScript
• Solid development experience in Java Development
• Solid development experience in building and fine tuning of REST/SOAP based webservices, Javascript, ReactJS
• Good knowledge in Spring and Hibernate
• Good knowledge on Containerization and Cloud technologies
• Good knowledge on Security features
• Good knowledge on Agile, CICD and Jenkins etc.
• Proven excellent designing, programming, testing skills
• Proven to be ready to play versatile roles as per project/business demands - Development, testing, Production support, etc.
