Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack AI Platform)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work in a cross-functional team alongside product managers designers and data scientists to deliver end-to-end features
• Design develop and maintain scalable front-end and back-end systems using modern frameworks and cloud technologies
• Design and build intuitive user interfaces and integrate them with robust backend APIs to deliver seamless member experiences
• Contribute to feature ideation technical design and implementation translating business requirements into scalable solutions
• Write clean maintainable and well-tested code following best practices for performance security and reliability
• Monitor debug and resolve production issues while continuously improving system performance and stability

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience
• Experience building and maintaining high-quality performant web applications using Next.js React and Tailwind CSS
• Experience designing and developing APIs (RESTful services preferred)
• Experience building solutions leveraging Large Language Models
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• A growth mindset with a strong desire to learn iterate and improve continuously
