We are currently seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our RatedPower team in Madrid. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions. What you'll do:

• Contribute to architectural design and decisions.
• Develop new or enhanced functionalities with efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Identify and address performance and scalability issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Backend teams to tackle challenges in both technical and business context.
• Identify and implement improvements that reduce technical debt and enable the team to iterate faster.
• Reach beyond immediate needs considering the longer-term and always look beyond for ways to have a broad impact.
• Lead the breakdown of complex requirements into manageable deliverables.
• Share knowledge and collaborate to help teammates improve their technical skills.

What you should have:

• At least 3 years of experience developing web applications with React and familiarity with state management libraries (e.g. Redux, Zustand).
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, Web & Browser concepts.
• Proficiency in writing unit tests.
• Deep understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, and practices like SOLID for scalable web applications.
• Motivation to improve product and by suggest and implement technical enhancements.
• Experience diagnosing and preventing performance and optimization issues.
• Business English (B2 minimum).
