Senior Software Engineer (React Native)

What you’ll do:

• Lead Mobile App Development: Spearhead the architectural and developmental aspects of our innovative greenfield mobile application, ensuring a stellar user experience by utilizing React Native.
• Transfer the Current Functionality to a New Experience: Navigate through our existing application functionalities and systematically transition them into a new, user-centered experience. This involves meticulously analyzing, mapping, and re-engineering existing features and workflows to our greenfield application, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Architectural Decision Making: Establish and implement robust code execution and testing patterns, with a keen focus on mobile development using React Native and React.
• Advocate for Best Practices: Actively engage in design and code reviews, ensuring consistent adherence to the highest development standards within your team and across projects.
• Problem Management: Navigate and resolve complex technical problems and challenges, especially in the realms of frontend and mobile app development.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with various stakeholders to navigate conflicting requirements and establish cohesive and user-centric solutions.
• Data-Driven Strategies: Innovate methodologies for new data acquisition and contribute to enhancing the functionality and user experience of our apps.

What you have:

• Rich Experience: 5-7 years of relevant professional experience with a pronounced focus on frontend and mobile app development.
• Expertise in Mobile Development: Demonstrated technical leadership in mobile app development projects, with extensive experience using React Native.
• In-depth Knowledge of React: Proficient experience in crafting intuitive and dynamic user interfaces with React.
• TypeScript experience: You have at least 5 years of TypeScript experience in a production setting
• Tech-Savvy: Adeptness in working with various related technologies like Jest, Shell environments, CSS/SCSS, and proficient with the application of Tailwind CSS for utility-first design.

What makes you stand out:

• You have developed applications using Swift, bringing about seamless iOS application experiences.
• You have experience with backend or full-stack development using technologies like Ruby on Rails, Go, SQL (Postgres), Kubernetes, Docker, and shell scripting.
• You have experience building a greenfield mobile application
