• 7+ years of total backend development background
• 4+ years of proven work experience as a Ruby developer 
• Understanding of backend development concepts, architectural issues & HTTP protocols
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, ideally)
• EU-based engineers only

Nice to Have

Knowledge of cloud technologies (ideally AWS)

English level

Upper-Intermediate+

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code
• Work closely with requirements, actively participate in backlog planning and task estimation 
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Ensure the best possible application performance and quality
