​​We are looking for … a Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead while leading our engineers you will work with leadership to implement the best culture for the team, by organizing their tasks and guiding them to achieve their goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Take end to end ownership of team(s) projects 
• Able to perform code reviews and provide feedbacks
• Responsible for guiding the development of a new product, solving the technical and communication problems that may prevent the team from completing it on time 
• Hands on technical leadership while involving team members in key decisions 
• Scale the team with the best possible talent, in partnership with the recruiting team
• Help your team to improve their performance, the quality of their work; make major design decisions 
• Contribute to architecture discussions

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience leading small to medium software development teams
• 5+ years of experience on senior engineering roles (designing Object Oriented programming, API)
• Technical experience required with the following: Linux, Apache/NGINX/Haproxy web servers, PHP, MySQL/Maria DB database design/administration
• Experience with NoSQL (Redis/Memcahced).
• Web service integration using technologies such as REST, XML, JSON
• Experience with Node.js (TypeScript is a plus).
• Experience in HTML5, Javascript, and CSS3 is a plus.
• Experience with front end Javascript frameworks such as Angular, React. 
• Proficient in Git, unit testing, debugging, performance monitoring
• Strong communication and technical writing skills 
• Background working with distributed systems
