Senior Software Engineer – Test Automation

Job Description

• Design and develop test automation strategies for a payment web application. 
• Integrate automated tests seamlessly into our CI/CD pipeline, emphasizing early issue detection. 
• Develop both functional and non-functional tests. 
• Collaborate with QAs and Developers to understand project requirements and create effective test plans. 
• Constantly explore new approaches to ensure the quality of our software.

Qualifications

• Primarily creative, curious and fast learner 
• 5+ years of experience in test automation 
• Good understand of the Test Pyramid and the Shift Left Quality approach 
• Advanced level of PHP or Javascript and Node.js
• Experience with various test automation tools like Codeception, Codeceptjs, BrowserStack, etc. 
• BSc or Master in Computer Science or related field 
• Proficient in BDD and Cucumber

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (PREFERRED, BUT NOT MANDATORY)

• Experience with performance and/or security testing
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies
