This role is an opportunity to join a product-driven engineering team building impactful digital solutions in the mental healthcare space.
You will work across the full stack, contributing to scalable web applications and cloud-based services that directly improve user outcomes in a sensitive and meaningful domain.
The position involves close collaboration with Product and cross-functional teams, with ownership of features from concept through production.
You will contribute to both backend and frontend development, shaping architecture decisions and enhancing system performance and reliability.
A key aspect of the role is the integration of AI tools into everyday development workflows to improve speed, quality, and engineering efficiency.

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Design and implement backend services and APIs, supporting robust and efficient system architecture.
• Work with PostgreSQL to design data models, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Build and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS, with preference for ECS-based environments.
• Own features end-to-end, from design and implementation to production deployment.
• Collaborate closely with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience across the platform.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development workflows and improve engineering productivity.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Proven experience building and shipping complex, production-grade systems.
• Experience owning end-to-end technical initiatives and feature delivery.
• Background in 0→1 product development environments.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS and ECS.
• Familiarity with AI tools integrated into daily development workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Interest or experience in healthcare technology, ideally mental health-related products.
• Nice to have: experience in HIPAA-regulated environments or AI/ML integrations in production.
