Senior Software Engineer - WPF

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Engineer with expertise in WPF desktop application development to join our growing team. You will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise-grade software solutions. Working as part of a global team, you’ll collaborate with engineers, leadership, product teams, and customers to deliver high-quality software that meets performance, scalability, and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance desktop applications using WPF and C#, following best practices and development standards.
• Improve and enhance existing software systems by identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing efficient solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues, providing production support as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed technical specifications, test plans, and comprehensive documentation.
• Review code from peers, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards within the team.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to the ongoing improvement of product design and architecture.
• Lead discussions on architecture and design to ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in .NET development, with a strong focus on WPF desktop applications.
• Strong knowledge of C#, WPF, and object-oriented development.
• Experience with Design Patterns (e.g., SOLID principles) and best practices in software development.
• Familiarity with Web Services, WCF, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., Agile, JIRA).
• Strong leadership capabilities in conducting code reviews and mentoring fellow developers.
• Ability to contribute at the architectural level and make informed technical decisions.
