We work on Fusion 360, a cutting-edge CAD/CAM/CAE product. The Fusion CI/CD/Test System is a critical engineering infrastructure and pipeline for build, development, testing, and delivery, built on modern cloud technology.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with strong DevOps knowledge to join our new service test automation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and developing scalable backend systems and expertise in modern DevOps practices and tools. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance quality and productivity and foster a culture of engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define system architecture and requirements

• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable backend services

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend services

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth integration and delivery

• Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform or Ansible

• Ensure high availability and reliability through automated monitoring and alerting

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in backend development and DevOps

• Ensure backend code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and quality control measures

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in backend system development

• Strong proficiency in modern backend frameworks, such as Java and Spring

• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet, SaltStack)

• Understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and load balancing

• Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions)

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deploying applications on them

• Excellent programming skills, strong analytical abilities, and practical communication skills

• Highly motivated, self-directed, and a strong team player, flexible to adapt to organizational changes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing test automation frameworks

• Experience with caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis, Varnish, Memcached) to improve scalability and efficiency
