Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of software developers and QA engineers in multiple geographies. 
• Overseeing the design, development, and testing of cybersecurity products.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones. 
• Mentor and support the professional development of team members, conducting performance reviews and setting career development goals. 
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team environment. 
• Manage resource allocation effectively to ensure on-time delivery of projects. 
• Coordinate with stakeholders and customers to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met. 
• Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders. 
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions and conflict resolution within the team. 
• Maintain a hands-on role in the coding and debugging of the software. 
• Manage AWS cloud eco-system and drive DevOps to optimize the utilization and costs. 
• Ensure software quality and drive test automation strategy for the products. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or engineering. 
• 10+ years of experience in software development with a proven track record of successful project completions. 
• 4+ years of Software Manager/Team Lead experience. 
• Technical skills in Typescript, React, SQL, Elastic Search, and AWS. 
• Strong leadership skills and experience in team management. 
• Managing teams and delivering products in a start-up is a must—the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
• Passion for cybersecurity and staying updated with the changing threat landscape. 
• Proficient in project management, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically regarding hiring, and growing team skills. 
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
