The Identity Platform team is chartered to build state-of-the-art, modern identity solutions for Clari’s suite of products. We are looking for a Senior Software Frontend Engineer with a passion for building great products who wants to be a part of a team responsible for implementation of the services, frameworks, and features that will improve the IAM experiences of users using Clari.

We’re a collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together with a cross-functional team of backend, frontend, designers, product managers and quality engineers to make Clari a better product. We’re looking for engineers that have a passion for building great products with simplicity, usability, scalability, and reliability in mind.

This is a work-from-home or hybrid opportunity based in Kraków, Poland. Candidates must be based in the area of Krakow, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver a consistent, delightful and seamless user experience
• Evolve a shared React Frontend component library & design system
• Help define engineering best practices and build tooling for consistent state management, routing, component composition, code style & quality, as well as for CI/CD
• Produce high-quality results by consulting on and contributing to large cross-functional projects that have a significant impact on the business
• Collaborate with Backend engineers to shape future-proof interfaces that are easy to build against and meet the requirements of client-facing teams
• Actively mentor more junior peers

Qualifications

• Strong technical background, including 4+ years of experience building React-based SPAs or web applications with TypeScript
• Familiarity with Frontend build and bundling tools and how they integrate with CI/CD pipelines
• Skilled in collaborating with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver features inline with company goals
• Good level of understanding CSS and the majority of its patterns, best practices, & intricacies
• Strong communicator: explain complex technical concepts to designers, support, and other engineers
