The Identity Platform team is chartered to build state-of-the-art, modern identity solutions for Clari’s suite of products. We are looking for a Senior Software Java Engineer with a passion for building great products, and who wants to be a part of a team responsible for implementation of the services, frameworks, and features that will improve the IAM experiences of users using Clari.

This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Kraków, Poland office as needed. Candidates must be based in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain services, APIs, and systems across Clari Engineering teams
• Shape future-proof interfaces that are easy to build against and meet the requirements of client-facing teams
• Brainstorm with Product Managers, Designers, Frontend Engineers, and other cross-functional partners to conceptualize and build new features for our growing user base
• Produce high-quality results by leading or contributing heavily to large cross-functional projects that have a significant impact on the business
• Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack, and uplevel the observability and reliability of the overall system
• Mentor engineers earlier in their technical careers to help them grow
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building impactful large-scale products or systems using Java
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Experience designing and building distributed systems
• Have a solid understanding of distributed systems, data stores and data modelling
• Cross-team communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to designers, support, and other engineers
• Experience building identity, authentication, and access management products is a plus
