UKG is seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to help our team define test strategies, develop, and execute automated/manual test scripts, and help ensure the delivery of robust, high quality product releases. We are looking for a person who is passionate about Quality Assurance and finds ways to improve quality on the team.

*This is a hybrid position requiring for 3x week in the Weston, FL office

Responsibilities:

• Support design, development, and testing of enterprise availability and supportability platform

• Develop, write, and review product lifecycle deliverables, including product backlog, requirements specifications, sprint plans, risk analyses and traceability documentation

• Develop and execute software test strategies and perform functional black box and white box, integration, system, and regression tests

• Document formal verification/validation plans, protocols, and reports

• Perform risk, cybersecurity, and usability assessments

• Track and triage defects

• Configure and validate software tools for product design, development, and testing

• Demonstrated experience writing and executing complex functional test cases and test plans at both the functional and feature level

• Ability to coordinate and direct a QA team to design test strategy and execute testing of a completely new functional implementation and/or release regression

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience with writing automated tests using C# or automated testing tool (Selenium, TestComplete, NightWatch)

• Ability to write SQL/noSQL queries

• 3 + years' experience developing and executing acceptance criteria for complex technical functionality

• Familiarity working with Docker containers

• Prior experience with a CI system (TeamCity, Jenkins, etc.)

• Computer Science/Business undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• Experience with the SDLC

• 3 + years performing QA testing of a modular enterprise application

• 3 + years' experience with agile/lean development methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum

• Experience with event-driven architecture and testing patterns

• Familiarity with Looker, LookML, and Postman are preferred

• In-depth experience in testing large-scale, high-availability SaaS or PaaS solutions in the cloud are a plus

• Quality Assurance certifications are a plus
