• Build and configure new systems and assist during the install process.
• Deploy and manage software upgrades and migrate Motorola CallWorks customers to the latest available software versions.
• Create, update, manage, and close support tickets, as well as handle escalations to engineering.
• Communicate status, metrics, and progress of testing efforts with the project management team.
• Work collaboratively with the product development team and architects to create tools to accelerate the delivery of high quality products.
• Own customer issues and ensure accurate and timely ticket management, driving investigations and root cause analysis to meet or exceed customer expectations and contractual obligations.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolutions for Hardware, Software, and configuration of Motorola CallWorks platform.
• Monitor and track project milestones and ensure on time delivery.
• Troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues from front-end GUI issues to server-side application, database, or system issues.
• Create and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Utilize knowledge of hardware and software, including systems and programming, and of systems architecture and components, including networking and storage and/or apply knowledge of engineering principles, best practices, and technologies to the design, development, testing, and production of Motorola Solutions products.
• Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S.

• Masters Degree + 2 years experience.
