Summary of Position:
A technical leader to design complex cyber risk management and security analytics solutions for clients by combining business process analysis expertise and deep technical specialization with the Brinqa product. The Solution Architect will work across the customer base in conjunction with Project Management to help define, design, and build solution growth as well as accelerate the necessary changes to existing customer deployments. This role will be pivotal in securing customer satisfaction and success by demonstrating our willingness to listen and serve our customers, providing insight to customer issues and possible solutions that should ensure technical function using approved industry methodology and best practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 2-4 Years in related Cyber Security & SaaS roles (Technical Support, CSM, TAM, Pre-Sales Engineer, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Vulnerability Scanning & Management tools.
- Basic data analysis and visualization experience working through large and complex datasets.
- Risk minded, proactive, time-sensitive, and determined individuals are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clear follow up process
- Thorough understanding of APIs and technical integrations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Ability to gather and understand customer requirements efficiently and able to act as an SME when needed
- Ability to see trends in requests or issues across our customer base and communicate those proactively

- Ability to clearly articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences, executives and explain their impact on business both internal and external to the organization
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and development skills
Preferred:
- Experience with other Risk Management or SIEM solutions
- Can demonstrate to our customers a deep understanding of governance, compliance, and cyber security (System Security, Risk Management, Incident Management
