Senior Solution Architect

Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex solutions across multiple domains. As a Senior Solution Architect, you'll be responsible for designing systems with high availability, reliability, and security, while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complete and self-sufficient solutions that meet customer experience, business requirements, and performance expectations.

Location : Dubai and Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Implement Scalable Solutions: Design systems with high availability, reliability, and security to protect sensitive data and maintain operational integrity that can efficiently handle large-scale API and event-based workloads.
2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business requirements, customer experience, and performance expectations.
3. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in architecture trends and patterns to recommend and incorporate cutting-edge solutions.
4. Lead by Example: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior architects and developers, and mentor them to grow their skills and expertise.
5. Deliver Results: Deliver complete and self-sufficient solutions and/or design documents within agreed timelines, and contribute to building reliable and resilient platforms.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience designing cloud native microservices applications.
2. Experience with building end-to-end design patterns and solutions.
3. Experience in designing cloud native microservices container-based applications.
4. Deep understanding of architectural patterns like microservices, saga, pub-sub, circuit-breaker, etc.
5. Good understanding of API gateways, authorization protocols, IDP, etc.
6. Good understanding of CICD, Openshift, Azure cloud services.
7. Good experience of enterprise architecture tools (Enterprise Architect), data modeling tools.
8. Delivery-focused while ensuring the right balance of customer experience, business requirements, performance, reliability, and security.
