Senior Solution Architect, Systems Integration

Deluxe is looking for a forward-thinking Sr. Solution Architect who can create modern, scalable solutions across multiple product lines. You will work with peers to drive development strategies and design for Cloud-based fintech products.

As a Sr. Solution Architect, you will execute one to many aspects of architecture, design, build, and implementation of technical solutions, and capabilities and lead the creation of business solutions, capabilities, and is a strong influencer that engages with client executives and stakeholders. Provide IT Solutions within the constraints of budget, resource, and business dependencies.

• Has mastered the understanding of business complexities, problems or opportunities & applies expert knowledge, skills, and experiences to assist IT & Business stakeholders in aligning strategy and objectives to an acceptable solution/outcome.
• Under general direction, identifies departmental level challenges, recommends and executes solutions. Solves difficult business problems through both effective use of financial and technology management.
• Is an expert at interacting with peers, teams, business partners, & management to align strategy & objectives to a solution outcome.

Job functions include:

• Responsibility of architecture, design, and implementation of technical solutions and capabilities with long-term vision and design principles. Perform Business, Data, Application, and Technology architecture work across both individual solutions, and overall products. Engage across teams including technical briefings and demonstrations of new technologies and solutions. Keep current on technologies and trends across the industry including hands on experience in lab and POC efforts. Mentor technical leads and collaborate with other delivery & engineering leaders to build a technical solution.
• Leader on integration technical and architectural direction, methodology, and design to support project initiatives mainly focused on MuleSoft
• Contribute thought leadership to the development and evolution of our Digital Enablement methodologies and build the framework as well as the infrastructure to provide API-Led connectivity to core business applications and provide overall management of the integration development center of expertise and remain current with integration tools, technology and leading practices
• Mentor and provide guidance support to the Data and Application Integration by developing and promoting API-first and microservices based integration assets including but not limited to architecture, strategies, guidelines, standards, and leading practices
• Communicate and promote the foundational elements and maturity of RESTful APIs, microservices and its relationships to MuleSoft
• Support business development activities, including identification, proposal development and other pursuit activities, as well as manage vendor relationships with leading integration software companies

Basic Qualifications (BQs)

Education and Experience: Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business and 5 years of related experience or high

school diploma/GED and 9 years of related IT experience.

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

• Education and Experience: Master's degree and 8 years of related IT experience
• 8+ years of Enterprise Systems Integration Architecture role
• 5+ year of experience/understanding of business analysis techniques and processes

• MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1,2 (Mule 4)
• MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect - Level 1
• MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect - Level 1
• Runtime Fabric
