Senior Solution Consultant

HICX is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Solution Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customers' experience and driving the success of our Supplier Management Platform. Responsibilities

You will be responsible for helping close, plan and implement HICX’ platform for HICX customers. The initial focus will be in leading customer implementations for HICX’s fortune 5000 customers in the EU 

Implementation

• Conceptualize solution/technical architecture & design, orchestrate POCs, technically lead implementation etc for HICX SBM platform. 

• Play an active role in providing thought leadership in various technology areas associated with Master Data Management, Supplier Management, Supplier Performance, Information management, Data Quality, Data Profiling/discovery etc 

• Collaboratively drive solution & architecture definition with business and IT teams of the customer 

• Be part of strategic consulting projects, assessments, map solutions to client business processes, and develop value proposition & business case. 

Key performance indicators/Measures of success 

• Customer Success / Satisfaction (both internal & external measured across implementation, customer success and sales team support) – 30% 

• Project/Service Delivery - Meeting project/service deadlines on time, quality and cost. Delivering high quality requirement/function specifications and other required documentation – 70% 

In addition to the above-described responsibilities, you may be assigned such other duties as directed from time to time by HICX. Please also note that HICX may modify your responsibilities in its discretion.

Essential 

• 7+ years professional experience working as a team member of software implementations 

• 5+ years experience of solution design 

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SaaS products 

• Understanding the technical aspects of configuration, scripting and SQL with the credibility to drive and challenge cross-functional teams of varying levels of technical detail 

• Significant experience in software development and web technologies 

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 

• Outstanding organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills 

• Strong practical experience with Microsoft Office 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Desirable 

• 2+ years’ domain experience with procurement software such as Supplier Information Management or Procure-to-Pay (Coupa, Ariba, Basware, Ivalua or other specialist solutions) 

• 2+ years’ experience with procurement/supply chain processes and data in ERP (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)
