(Senior) Solution Consultant - Kinaxis (d/f/m)

If so, join our team as a Solution Consultant specializing in RapidResponse, the concurrent supply chain planning platform from our partner Kinaxis, a leading provider of supply chain planning software solutions.

As a Solution Consultant, you will play a central role in implementing and optimizing Kinaxis RapidResponse software for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers and business analysts, to deliver successful supply chain solutions. Your primary responsibilities will be understanding client requirements, configuring the Kinaxis RapidResponse system and providing comprehensive training and support to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption.

What your new challenge will look like

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their supply chain requirements

• Configure the Kinaxis RapidResponse system based on client specifications

• Develop and hold comprehensive training sessions for end users and key stakeholders

• Create functional design documentation, software specifications and testing/training scenarios

• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement optimal supply chain solutions

• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise

• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in supply chain management and Kinaxis RapidResponse

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, computer science/IT systems, business or engineering

• Understanding of principles and processes of supply chain management

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Hands-on mentality, structured way of working and focus on customer satisfaction

• High motivation to learn

• Ideally, experience as a Solution Consultant or similar role, preferably with expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse
