About the role:

Are you a skilled, analytical leader with deep operational experience and a knack for solving complex problems? Join our team as the Head of MGF Solution Design, where you'll be the central orchestrator between Commercial, Product, Implementation, and Delivery for designing solutions for complex opportunities.

In this role:

• Build and Lead the Solution Design Function: You will establish and manage the Solution Design team, ensuring seamless integration across departments.
• Run Operational S&OP: You will oversee Sales and Operations Planning to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Customer-Centric Solutions: You will partner closely with the commercial team to understand customer needs for MGF products and create standardized solutions.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Delivery: You will work with these teams to develop and implement customer-centric solutions.
• Navigate Complex Deal Design: You will engage closely with Pricing to manage intricate deal structures.
• Strategic Solution Design: You will develop and implement strategies and models for customer operations.

What you bring:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, technology, logistics, or supply chain.
• Operational Expertise: Extensive experience in Operations & Delivery, specifically in Ground Freight and LTL operations.
• Analytical and Data-Oriented: Highly analytical with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Strategic Thinker: Capable of strategic thinking and planning to drive long-term success.
• Customer/Commercial Orientation: Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions.
• Travel: Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.
• Proven track record in operations strategy and delivery.
• Expertise in Ground Freight and LTL business, especially within a $1B specialized LTL environment.
• Strong performance in implementation accuracy, net revenue performance, and customer service.
