Senior Solution Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Solution Engineer to join our Services Engineering organization here at Vendavo. You will be part of our Development team and responsible for the technical implementation of Vendavo CPQ (system for quotes generation) to our clients around the world. 

You will gather or deepen your knowledge of the following technologies (only major items are listed):

JavaScript/TypeScript

Node.JS

MS-SQL

Git/AzureDevops

XML, XSD, XSLT

THE OPPORTUNITY

• Interacting with the project team to understand customer requirements
• Configuration of CPQ based on design specifications
• Programming of client-specific business logic (pricing logic, workflow, etc.)
• Integrating the CPQ with customer systems
• Direct communication with our customers
• Small teams where everyone matters and is an integral part of success
• Opportunity to learn the pricing domain, business and pricing strategies of leading companies
• Full responsibility for the solution design
• Substantial personal autonomy and individual responsibility
• Everyday use of English
• Working in an Agile-oriented environment (Kanban, Scrum)

THE SKILL SET

• Good English communication, ability to efficiently interact with client and team
• Minimally 3 years experience in technical position
• Strong communication skills (ability to say “NO” on wrong proposed design)
• Advance programming in one of the listed technologies JS, DB, Node.JS
• Experience in CI/CD
