• Partner with enterprise customers to understand complex operational and business challenges and translate them into structured optimization and analytical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, workshops, and solution demonstrations with both technical practitioners and senior business stakeholders.
• Design and support implementation of optimization-driven solutions using analytical methods, algorithms, and advanced computational approaches.
• Guide customers through the full solution lifecycle, from discovery and modeling to deployment, adoption, and ongoing value realization.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with customer needs and business objectives.
• Capture and share insights from customer engagements to influence product evolution and future innovation.
• Contribute to external-facing activities such as conferences, workshops, and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements:

Candidates should bring strong technical and customer-facing experience, with the ability to bridge advanced analytics and business problem-solving. A background in optimization, applied mathematics, or computational methods is essential, along with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across audiences.

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, technical consulting, or customer success within a technology environment.
• Strong understanding of optimization techniques, algorithms, or operations research methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern development tools, APIs, and analytical workflows.
• Background in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
• Experience working with enterprise clients across industries such as logistics, manufacturing, finance, life sciences, or research.
